I believe that boosted engines are affected to some degree by weather and altitude but not as much as NA engines.Something to do about the fact that you are forcing the air into the engine vs just sucking air into the engine.I think that the top fuel times don't fall off as much as Pro stock.
Actually, yes, my recollection is that you are correct.

Yep, I saw the article. I am sure you are right. He probably had it in reverse. At least that's what it looked like to me.

EuroCarFan has a G-Meter in his glove box. Why don't you harass him to let you borrow it? Or the two of you can find a isolated roads and do some runs. Practice brake torquing. Be forewarned, your initial times will be quite disappointing. Best time I've seen with a 550i is hollywoodtrash's 5.1 with SMG.

Alright sounds good. I like to think that my car is more special than other 550s, therefore I shall take the throne........

Nothing special about your 550i. Only variable involved with launching from a dig is how well you can brake torque with minimal wheel spin.

Aren't you supposed at work where you don't have access to the Internet? If so, I'm telling. You gonna get in trouble.
