From 2 people that I know who have previously owned a Cayenne, they have told me the car feels under powered unless you get either the S or Turbo models. Also have heard complaints about the sub par quality of the interior, but this may just be due to them being extra picky.
It is a beautiful car regardless and hopefully you won't have any issues with it mechanically.
