A PHAETON PLEASE.... its nite and day.. and its a (VW)... where talking about a twin tourbo 2 door sport car... nit a ice cream truck!!!! yes your right about the hype for the (vw)... and it floped harder then andra the giant when hulk hogan body slamed him in the 80`s..... but look at all the things GTR bring`s to the table... great gas miles for one.... the price even if this car was 100k its worth it... in my eyes not because i sell these cars because i drove both the way there sapose to be driven.... not at (55) mph like the other guy posted i meqan i reall y drove both of these cars like i stole them!!!!!!.. between the two i mtalkin money the GTR is the way to go... think about it if i out 15k in miles on a porsche in one year you will lose about 15g`s
on a gtr its about 3g`s.. and the service over 5 years is about 4g`s for a GTR.. a porsche dont let me get started...... and you say a bit better... like i keep saying its just hear say at this point... just wait till you see the car drive it... feel the power the build of the car is solid.... dont get me wrong the cars in the GTR class are very serious and beautiful works of art.... the audi is stepping up to a v10... ummm i wonder y that is... and the 911 is stepping up... ummm i wonder y?????
I truly hope you the best on selling them, I just rather spend that type of money on a Porsche or Aston. Just my opinion.

The problem that I see for Nissan at this price point is there are just so many attractive options. And the decision at this price point is more than just track and performance numbers. For my $100,000 I would look hard at the new Maserati GT.

Reading 530ISPORT's posts are just painful. Learn how to spell will you? My brother types and spells better and he's in the fourth grade. When did you get your GED? Or did that not happen yet? It's sad to see who car dealers employ as "sales professionals" representing them. Put us out of our misery already and get someone else to type for you who actually knows how to spell

For a guy a who could care less what everyone thinks, you sure like to keep pushing your worth of the GT-R down people's throat. No one here is going to validate the value you put on this Nissan. It's a niche market car and you're trying to push it to the wrong crowd. For someone who's so convinced this is the "it" car, why aren't you buying one?
i dont need to buy one... im happy with what i got....

In this week's AutoWeek magazine a Vice President of Nissan predicts a 10 to 30 percent markup by dealers. With a base price of $69,850 the markup would raise the price to somewhere between $76,000 and $91,000.
The article also said the U.S. will get 1,500 cars per year and 60% of the first year's allotment are already sold. The car is due to arrive in the U.S. in June.
