Nice car.

Overall I prefer the look of the 5, but there's no ingoring the price difference, better features, fit and finish.

The new M45 will be my daily driver. The 2004 BMW 530i is my wife's daily driver. The 2001 M Coupe satisfies my urge to shift my own gears and go fast. I drive it one or two days a week. Those three cars are currently in my garage.

The other cars you see on my website are either previous vehicles of mine, or vehicles of friends of mine...

So the Magnum was yours? How was it? Did it have a HEMI?

 

Of course I had to get the Hemi...

No matter how hard I tried, I just could not find a comfortable seating position in the Magnum. I guess I was spoiled with the awesome seat in my 2004 Volvo S60 R, and my wife's 530i, but the Dodge seat is just too flat without enough lateral support. I also had trouble with the 20 inch wheels and tires I put on. They could not get them balanced properly. After 3 tries, there was still a vibration in the steering wheel at 65-75 MPH which was my cruising speed on my freeway trips.

It's too bad, because I loved the look, the cargo space, and features for the money. And that Hemi torque is outstanding. But, it just was not the right car for me with my extended freeway driving. So, I put the original wheels and tires back on and sold it on ebay...

I really like the Magnum (and 300C). I almost bought one instead of the E60.

I also am a big fan of the S60R.
