Wow, I cant believe I missed this thread. I am sure there is another side to this as always. I chatted with Jags and he seemed like a real good guy especially after I mentioned I was an Indo 
I would like to hear the other side especially when someone takes emails as publications about a companys and they dont even know about it so how can they defend,, sort of not fair. Its like being recorded on vid or mic when one doesnt know, its what pigs do and I dont agree with that sh*t. Tbal, I suggest you let Jags know so he can chime in and give up some details. If that was the only email then I would have to agree that is rude as phuk, especially from dipper to the other, lol.

I talked to him the other day for the free ECU reflash (dealer updated the software). Now I understand what happened.
He has been "blackmailed" to lower his price or else, hence this thread. I don't need to go any further.
