LEGAL ACTON AGAINST QUAD_M

I'm beyond annoyed. I talked with Bank of America again today and was basically told that I'm not getting a refund via them for my purchase of an m-tech kit from Tony because his bank is unwilling to "work with them". What the hell does that mean? I've wasted countless hours on the phone with my bank and paypal and haven't gotten anywhere. I'm ready to take this into a civil suit and am wondering if anyone else wants to join me. I have his old paint shop's address and am sure I can get somewhere based on that. I can't believe it's come to this, but f*** it. Bank of America can KISS MY A$$ on top of it too. I have over $20k cash with them, have been a member for over 10 years, and have a credit card with them that I spend in excess of $25k a year on. I'm closing ALL accounts and moving somewhere else. If ANY OF YOU would like to join me in a civil suite, please post on here so we can compile names, purchase dates, amounts etc. I'm done being nice.

Phil, pass the popcorn!
I just think quad m needs a little persuasion from Wayne. In all seriousness I hope you guys get your $$ back and tony goes down hard.

For those who say take your money out of WAMU, unless you're accounts total over $100k there's no point since you're covered by the FDIC. The ONLY reason IndyMac failed was because consumers got scared and withdrew massive amounts at a time. Had no one touched their money at IndyMac there would've been NO issue.
I REPEAT ONLY MOVE MONEY IF YOUR ACCOUNT'S ARE OVER $100K. THE FIDC WILL COVER UP TO $100K.

The best con man is one who knows exact what you want, say what you want to hear, and pull in the net when there's enough fish.
Good luck with your disputes and hope you get your money.

I thought that if anything took more than 30 days to ship, I would immediately get a refund. My instincts said that someday, somehow, something like this was going to occur. Even large banks fail; that doesn't make Tony bulletproof.

This week I was cool with him because we talked almost every other day. But when he said no more phone calls starting Aug 1st
that pushed me over the edge. Disconnecting his phone is so damn shady!!!
I just want to get the ball rolling if anyone knows for sure what city he lives in I will call a lawyer.
