First off Im not here that often. I browse but dont post alot so please excuse my low post count. With that said, I felt impressed enough to post a review of Motorcepts. Since Day 1 a couple years back, I was treated like family. As a matter of fact, my entire family and friends were treated like family and extended courtesy, respect and honesty from the Motorcepts staff. Leo, John and Fred have been with me from the beginning, offering me lots of advice, spending lots of time on the phone answering my questions and performing exceptional work on my car. I have many many stories to tell about emergency incidents that happened where Motorcepts went way beyond their duties to help me out, and all for no charge, but out of love for a fellow Bmw enthusiast. When work was to be done and an agreed price was reached, I wasnt duped into paying more because they "forgot to add something up". All our transactions were transparent and honest. If I needed to pay price "X" I was told from the beginning without deviation. It is truly rare to do business with a shop for all this time and still maintain an excellent relationship. You know a shop is great when you can refer numerous "eagle eyed" enthusiasts and keep your personal reputation in high standings. Never have I had a disappointment with Motorcepts and I dont think I will in the future.

In closing nobody told me to write this. I could think of alot of other things to do at 4:00am in the morning (such as sleep !!) but I figured id leave this here so someone who is struggling to find a truly honest shop can read and become confident enough to at least give them a try.
