Al, you should post in the EuroRev feedback thread as well so others read of your experience.

Good Luck broseph. I hope they make things right for you.
Agreed. I'd been remiss to do so because of a misplaced sense of loyalty. Considering that sentiment isn't a shared one it seems, I realize how foolish I was to do so. I'll post my grievance there, and if a satisfactory response isn't provided, I'll be forced to utilize legal avenues to my avail.

Just an FYI, Vince does not just sit in his office and do paper works or walk around his shop and check on his guys, he get's his hands dirty too, he works on his customers cars and do the errands the shop needs! I have to admit Eurorev does not have customer service via online or via phone calls but if you walk into their shop, you'll come out happy! and for the record, Vince is not a liar!!!

EUROREV FTW!!!!

Unfortunately, out of state customers don't have that luxury of walking into their shop. Also, once you do business online you have to be prepared to scale your customer service accordingly.

Vince lied to me over the phone on multiple occasions. Anyone that lies to me once or on multiple occasions makes them a liar in my book.

EUROREV FTW!!!!
Keep in mind that I've not only called, but have parked my car, fed the meter, and sat in a chair in the office on the right and on the leather chair on the left more than once. However, my issue remains.

My car had to go into BMW and get the fuel pump and fuel rail replace due to the reflash of my car not starting. Vincent told me to contact jesse and he kept telling me to do a sequence which rests the ecu and that didnt work after 6 starts. I was done with the reflash and they didnt pay for my BMW visit when they caused the issue.
