I had a great experience with them, until the reflash override issue. I'd drop by there just to say hello (LAX is near, so during my travels I'd try to roll by when I could). Calling and actually visiting yielded no results for me. I pretty much wrote things off until Michael's thread here. In the end, I need to treat things as a business relationship instead of a casual friendship one as I had been doing. And that meant expressing my experience/dealings here. I have no issues of a personal nature with them - they are always respectful and such. But ultimately I'm out several hundred dollars with nothing to show for it. And that has given me pause on things.

He hung up on me when I asked for my money back, after I kept hearing lies after lies each day. It was even better when I caught him in his lies, called him out on it, only to watch him get even more flustered.
And then, to top it all off, they never gave me my money back. That's right. A month later, I got my credit card statement and the charge was never reversed, even after I was told my card would be credited back immediately.
Maybe in Minnesota he's not an asshole, but in NY, that's an asshole.
I'm really glad this thread has come to fruition. What a F-in joke Eurorev is. I hope everyone on this forum reads this thread.

i have just personally spoke to Vince & John....and Michael directly. I have asked Michael for 3 different days & times so that i can set up an appointment with Vince & Jesse with SI.
I fully understand the inconsistencies in statements and that shouldn't be. Vince is a personal friend of mine and he is a stand up guy. Unfortunately, in every business there are customer service issues.

Take a look at this thread. All of the out-of-state members had nothing but BAD experiences with Eurorev. All of the local/SoCal members only had good things to say about their experiences with them. That is, of course, until this thread surfaced...

C, pls check yourself! we all know you had a bad experience with ER and Vince, but there is no need to be calling him a "liar" and "asshole". that is comletely uncalled for. i would expect more from a seemingly professional businessman like yourself!

Cmon guys, I know Vincent and John and they are good guys...give them a chance...I had a issue with something before but they worked it out with me and made sure I was satisfied. I don't think you guys should write EuroRev off, they also have a lot of satisfied customers that aren't on this forum, they are not a mom and pop fly by night shop, they are very established. I am saying that even though I am with Team Trinity Autosport.
