While I appreciate your patience in dealing with this matter with me. I have NEVER asked you to ship the lights back to me before I refund you. and I meant NEVER EVER! I simply stated that you are requesting me to send paypal a email to inquire a full refund to you. What is my insurance on this? Paypal didnt mention they will follow up with you regarding the shipping back of my item. That was my only concern and I simply brought it up with you hoping you can find out if there is other solution so paypal can still monitor the refund/return process. Please dont twist around my words and trying to get more sympathy from the forum members and adding more heat to the discussion. I am really trying my best to resolve this problem.

wow, I must have missed those posts in the past -- didn't realise those kind of sellers where floating around here, but they're no doubt simply unavoidable. Good to see others making us aware of such incidents -- thank you. There are reliable sellers here in the forum, for example ats77 who I purchased from, and others just take advantage/ abuse the trust that these guys build up here in the forum :thumbsdown:
