I was a bit confused reading it all, but like these guys and others above I am not seeing what was so terribly wrong here... maybe i missed something... Additionally to the OP, you may want to watch tone in email or written correspondence. It often gets misinterpreted.

Hope it works out.

Human error happens, if they are willing to correct the mistake they made without charging an extra fee then I see no problem.

Does it seem so unreasonable for them to ask you for the wrong part back when you say you have no use for it anyways?

This is mail order not Wal-Mart.
+1

To the OP, what are you, 16 years old. Grow up!

Living proof that the customer isn't always right. Don't see much wrong here, the vendor tried to be reasonable, the customer aggravated the situation and acted wholly unreasonably.

After reading it again, this may be the best part...

"Dear pyspeed_com,

Now you don't return my emails, WTF? Wow thank god I am a member of 10 different forums you guy's are so screwed. I want my tracking number today! Or I am going to report you to ebay and pay pal.

To Pyspeed, you were more than reasonable in dealing with this. Mistakes happen and you tried to remedy the situation immediately. You have more patience in your email responses than I would have had...

To the OP... really?

Yep, and a quick visit to Google indicates that the other 9 of these 10 forums were spared this lunacy...

How come we got the short straw?
