This is a consumer alert>>> Beware of buying any Item from PYSPEED.com from the internet or ebay. I ordered wheel spacers on November 20th, I still waiting for the correct order and they refuse after several email (please see below) to give me a tracking number even after they agreed to ship the correct item and I have already sent the Incorrect item back. Just BAD Business! I will never buy another item from them again and they have no phone number to reach them that should have been the first red flag!

bro that really sucks... i hate when this shit happens.. can i ask how much they cost? seem like spacers are the last thing you buy when getting your dubs together...i was in a jamb when it was time to get mine.. but you should never use ebay when you need it fast, dont know they get away with it sellers there always use cheap delivery options.. 12mm is kinda popular maybe juss sell them.

Sorry but I think it is funny that you expect to see the part not even 4 days after you order it. It is hard to follow but seems you got the part in 7 days? That does not seem out of line for mail order to me. Where are you located?

Does it seem so unreasonable for them to ask you for the wrong part back when you say you have no use for it anyways?

This is mail order not Wal-Mart.

The seller is offering to right his wrong in shipping you the correct size AND offer a shipping refund when you send him back the wrong item...so what's the problem here? To me that is customer service at its finest.

It seems to me that they were trying to correct the order. Granted I understand your concern. It would have been better if a higher lever of quality control were taken, but mistakes do happen. I think more often than not our frustrations get the better of us. I don't think it's safe to assume all transactions will go this way, but it's just my opinion.

Hope it all works out in the end.

Thank you guys for all the support. No matter what, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Error does happen for shipments some times. =(

I am personally looking into all this and will ship the correct part early next week to the customer.
