I've actually exchanged a few PMs with Tony the past couple weeks as I'm trying to get the M Trunk spoiler that he owes one of the members here. It was a raffle prize when Tony sponsored our Central Cali meet earlier this year. It's supposed to be painted but I asked him to just send it unpainted but he said he will get it painted since that's what he promised. It's supposed to be send out this week or early next week.
I think he's probably keeping his head down and trying to get all these outstanding orders resolved. That's just my guess.

Tony if you are reading this you SHOULD reply. The proverbial stuff is about to hit the fan. I have tried to contact you through PMs, texts and calls to no avail. I will make the trip to see you and I will press charges for fraud. You NEED to contact me ASAP. (Sorry for the personal message here guys and Mods, it's just I know he checks this.)

I'm going to join the Quad_M fan club. I ordered $2k worth of M-tech parts for my E60 oh.... end of May. I was promised a delivery date over the phone, but we are 4 weeks past it now.
I've kept up with these threads for some time, but as a company who also sponsors several forums, I've held back negative responses until now. I also tried a chargeback thru Paypal, but unfortunately, theres some sort of loophole that doesn't allow buyer protection for "direct payments." Had I sent it from a personal account, I would have charged it back already... But I'm not about to let paypal freeze my company account.
I don't know who has outstanding/unfilled orders, but I'm just going to leave this issue alone, hope time can resolve the issue. I'm quite busy during the summer, but come September, I'll get aggressive in the collection efforts.
Tony, if you are reading this post, there is no need to send me any sort of follow up email, call, PM. Just send the mtech kit and when its received, I'll make a follow up post.

I'm with Peter on this one... I'm leaving this alone for a while since I'm in the middle of projects but as soon as I'm done with that, I'm coming back to this issue and will resolve this.
