I think this is a great thread and there should be a thread like this about everyone who sells stuff on this forum, not just Quad-M.
+1000%, for a great idea. if this forum had a true rating system on all of their vendors (or even all members), this e60 forum would be beyond reproach. Forget eGay... its e6ay.
It's amazing to see how a post about "BUYING EXPERIENCES" from a vendor could generate up to 30 pages so quickly. There's no item being sold here, no part being promoted...just a townhall discussion on a guy selling parts. Like it or not, Tony has become somewhat of a major player in this community.
Tony, I commend you for your willingness to make things work out for your buyers. I know that you do want all of your buyers to be satisfied with a great buying experience. But I also know that you understand exactly where these comments are coming from and why. You've got some buyers who are very pissed off to the easily-forgiving...although, I think most of us are somewhere in the middle. I have no doubt that if you just keep grinding it out and trying to make all of your EXISTING and future buyers happy, you'll make an even bigger impact on this community. $$$, win-win for both.
Moderator, your attentiveness here for those involved members is badass. Your part of the reason why this community is the best. However, even with my own short time on this forum, I haven't seen you comment on a thread with such consistency as this one. And I think some of this ensues from misinterpretation of each other's impressions and conceptions of this problem... maybe even of each other. Or maybe I just haven't been on this forum long enough.
Whatever the case may be, I gotta say that I appreciate what your doing to make it a better result for us not only on this thread but on this forum as well.and the Thread continues...

+1 on these comments. This thread was a good idea for members to give feedback, and there's definetely a range in the type of response you get from members. The unfortunate thing with feedback is that you tend to get more on the extreme ends, people who had a really great experience or those who are pissed off, when 90% of the people are somewhere in between and don't feel it necessary to make comments. Unfortunetely, people are usually much quicker on the negative side, and even when you have a largely positive experience, it can take one thing to go wrong and the whole thing goes negative (eg. my post above, based on a simple misunderstanding).
I was suprised to see all the threads previously with all positive feedback before, and that's what made me order. I think that speaks to the fact that Tony has been trying to keep people happy, but recently there has been some issues with the ability to deliver on time, and some customer service issues. Eliminating painted kit orders should get rid of a major bottleneck and maybe having an adminstrative person to manage correspondence and orders tracking could make the whole process more efficient. Constructive feedback or ideas may help resolve issues more smoothly and help things for everyone...

Am I getting my stuff this week ??
i am working on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You working on it ??? How long can you work on 2 side skirts, spoiler and hardware? I asked you a month ago if you wanted me to paint the rest of the stuff my self so I could save my self time and you told me you will take care off everything.
Tony, I paid FULL price for the KIT. I'am waiting almost 5 MONTHS what was supossed to be 4-5 weeks . Not to mention that I seen people recieving their kits in 3 months ???? Do you have a Line or whoever puts more preasure on you gets the kit first ? In that case I understand why you taking such a long time on my order. If i Paid you in February, I think I should recieve my kit before someone who orders their kit in April, dont you think ???
Not to mention that I order LCI kit and recieved a regular one ???? (the only reason I order the kit from you because you told me you can get LCI and my dealer couldnt at that time).
I understand you not GOD, like you stated in previous post but you sure sounded like one before I placed my order
