so you guys are saying we need to ban him from forum to sell this or on ebay?

Is he that bad?

well please let me know because i am thinkin about doing business with him.

Or can you create a poll if he is bad or not so that I dont have to read all 18 pages?

You really should at least skim through these posts as well as the last several pages on his group buys, it was enough to keep me from doing business with him.

I keep repeating myself for the same reasons. Please see my last post above
and see that we are working everyday. I have nothing more to say.

oh my god Tony:
i cant believe how forgiving this forum has been to you. i believe every single word you said. sure, you have lost that special order spoiler, and you might have to wait 3 month to get a new one, and/or the body shop you are working with is not coresponding to your scheduel, but hey, what do all that has to do with the buyer?they paid the product upfront and expect to get the product on a promised date. simple as that

they are the customers who paid you up front, being told a wait time which seems to me,90% of the case is 10% of the real wait time. if you are not sure about which part is back ordered, call the god damn department before you take the order. telephone exists for the reason buddy. or make your effort to get a realistic scheduel so your customer dont get pissed about a one year delay. you know what 1 year mean? 365 days. from one sex to one baby. they could even get a different car in that time frame.

also, all the fact of broken computer, painter sickness and etc has nothing to do with customers. Business is business, you can not expect to take customers' money and ask them to forgive your mistakes. when i say your mistakes, i mean everything except a fault/delayed payment, everythingelse is your responsibilty.

i know you are not taking any painted kits orders, that is great, its just your attitude that is not right. do you really think your job is as easy as taking the money from customers, placing order for them, get the shipment from germany, paint with your body shop and pass the product back to customer? a middle man is a lot more complicated than that, and whatever goes wrong after you receive the payment and before the cumstomer get the product, ITS YOUR FAULT. if you can not meet your promised delivery date, the cumtomer has the charge in hand either to get a discount of the product or get a full refund. otherwise, i would personally take over your job and be this easy middleman. please, do not talk about your reputation, reputation is for those who never deal with your before. As to a newbie on this forum, you have -1000. a man break his promise once, would have to keep 1000 promise just to make up that broken one. and by reading here, you have broken lot more than just one.

to all other members here:
i think all of you are great people because i have seen lots of greatness in all of you through my reading from 3am up till now. i couldnt be this forgiving myself and i am shocked one can wait 6 months for a kit, without complaining publicly..

however, i am suggesting you should have a feedback system as ebay or nasioc, where i was. that way, people can see true feedback of all others instead of revising your post before you actually get the part and after the seller kindly asked you to.

No, tony should NOT be banned. If after reading all this and talking to tony and customers are still purchasing, then let tony run his business the way he wants i guess.

New customers (those that are unaware) are purchasing. Someone that has dealt with him before will NOT buy again.

You started reading at 3 AM posted your reply at 5:30 AM. Props to you for taking the time and reading the entire thread. I agree with your suggestion about buyer feedback regarding all vendors on this forum. Most feedback is posted in the same thread the order was placed in or product is advertised in, so it gets lost in the shuffle or price checks and quotes. Think I mentioned this in another thread, but i remember reading somewhere in one of these threads a request by the mods (think it was iceman) to not go back and edit your original posts, especially when asked to by the seller. That does not help our fellow members (especially the new ones) in making their purchasing decisions....

I agree...he has a business here...he just needs to work out his schedule and be honest about the timing people will get their products.

Nike this is the list below since last month as you can see I work my but off to satisfy everybody , if you dont know the details of my business please dont get into it.
when the demand is very high like this, it did cause an unwanted chaos, FYI, I did sent around 200 cars full Painted M technic another 100+ individual painted bumpers and 200 unpainted full m technic kits with another 100+unpainted individual m technic bumpers , Worldwide. This is a record just to let you know.

yes some guy have waited 6 months or so because there was a reason for it. if it belongs to the group buy and that gb does not go through I have to come
up the rest from my own pocket. I make $100-$120 from ONE full kit after its shipped, that way i have to make lot of sales to cover the GB part to pay off.

for example M technic rear bumper my cost is $375 bumper skin, $100 hardware parts, $150 to paint another $100 to ship it its more than $600 my cost
and if I charged $399 and received $386 with paypal fee. So my intention to make the buyer happy because then he can recommend me other members
for more sale when i do the favor and send it even it costs me. But when minimum buyer does not reach to certain point it gets stuck for many days.
thats why I will never again do GB purchases.

I like to help everybody with the prices I provide but I dont see any appreciation.Yes in the end its my responsilbility you are right, its true but
again, there are things that they are out of my control unfortunetly.

Once again, I work everyday and be on top of the body shop guys (I really give them a hard time now because of delays)
and continue giving the service to our fellow members here.

Reading all this after a while, it becomes hilarious, I?m not saying its funny that people are not getting their stuff by no means but, it?s the same thing over and over again from different people, at this point everybody on the forum should know the wait will be forever and if they still choose to purchase let them.
