i just don't get it WHY HE PROMISE SO MANY TIME AND STILL I HAVE TO WAIT?!?!?

I didnt know that the fenders and hardware where to diferente things that sold separtly..

 

 

no talk about the real story please
the rieger spoiler I had at the old body shop got lost
and I ordered a new one from Germany for you which took another
3 months now your spoiler is getting prepped as we speak
since its an aftermarket piece requires hours to be smooth out
for its proper paint. it will be sent overnight when its finished.


ps:no to mention the $250 discount you got versus $499 painted.

 

I was in the same boat as many of the members here, afraid to voice out because all this time I only seen/heard good comments for Tony (quad_m). But here is what I went through. However, this is my first and also last time that I will deal with him. Below is a summary of my excperience

Summary:
Oct 07 - paid for rear m-tech bumper via paypal. Tony claimed 3 weeks wait time.
Dec 12 - email for status. Tony said cannot give estimate delivery date now as it depending on the order it was received.
Dec 22 - email for status. Tony asked for my shipping address ?? thought it was on my invoice when paid via paypal.
Jan 08 - 3 months later (he claimed 3 weeks), received my bumper BUT no hardware . Notified Tony immediately, and he said he will send them out asap.
Jan 24 - Received the hardware kits (after being sent asap sin Jan 08). BUT it was the exact same hardware as the original bumper . Notified Tony immediatly.
Jan 31 - Tony finally responded, claimed family was there and he was out of country.
Feb 13 - I finally received the correct hardware.

There were hundreds of PMs during the process , but I would said 80% of them being ignored. I probably consider "lucky" comparing to others that have to wait over 1 year. But the delay in hardware had caused me a lot of extra works/troubles becuase I have to put my original bumper back after I took everything out and found out the wrong hardware was sent.

At one point, I posted a negative feedback on his original bumper post and Tony IM me to remove it, and waited until I edited my post before he would talk to me about my hardware kit. May be this is another reason why we never see bad feedback on Tony all this time.

 

Once again I cannot do anything for past issues but I can try to manage and make it better for the existing
and future ones.

for example: I have not take or sold any aftermarket parts such as Rieger spoilers or Hamann parts
they take forever to arrive and take many hours to prep and paint because of their material made.

and now I am not going to take painted orders till I finish up with the exisiting ones. we have many parts in now
and they have to be done properly.

 

Once the money is in his hands and the excuses start, you feel like any posts asking for "status" might delay things even further - it's a bad place to be in. That's why I suggest 25-50% payment on order and 50% when shipping. Most use Paypal so he'd see the money immediately.
