its very hard sometimes to control parts coming in and parts needs to be painted.

You cannot keep pounding that drum after 3, 4 , & 6 month delays. If it was a week or two that would be OK, but these guys who have been waiting months is just ridiculous. You are still giving updates for 2 group buys ago. By my count you have anywhere from 12-15 guys who have paid and see no reasonable time for delivery and still starting new group buys.

People here(including myself) would like to do business with you because of the fact that you are such a good guy as everyone says, but your service skills are killing me. You continue to pass responsibilty to the painters, to the parts being backordered, etc...

Why can't you see that people want to work with you but you have a million excuses for why they are not getting the parts. You took in 2 weeks ago another $18,000 on a group buy when you are still finishing another up, then you opened that one backup for another 8 guys for part 2. I have this behavior in the contracting business, and I am afraid for what will happen.

It would be nice and go a long way with these guys if you would just own up to your responsiblity here.

I have been sick coughing big time from my lungs since 3 weeks now but at the same time I have to sit down and post from here one by one
to answer the people, and is getting too much pressure on me. so please lets slow down and everybody will be happy
I don't think that's funny. Where's the M trunk spoiler that you donated to our SLO meet as a sponsor? It was promised to be delivered by mid-April and what month are we in now???

its not easy to paint one spoiler and reserve the paint booth just for that since I have to catch up with old orders.
I already informed the person who will be getting it and he will receive it as soon as we paint a same color kit in the booth.

thanks.

Hi Tony, I think this is the best thing I have heard from you in this thread. It is very constructive, solid, and positive. I think most of us are very forgiving here, and to hear a solid comment from you is what I want to hear instead of giving us excuses of poor business practices.

All we want is to get a " SOLID " delivery date from you. Please keep up the hard work...
+1 Thanks Tony for that commitment! I would agree to that most of us are very forgiving and appreciative of your hard work and just want to feel comfortable doing business with you. And your commitment above to just take unpainted parts orders until things are back in control is a big move in the right direction. Much appreciated! Feel better soon, Tony!

Ok, so here's mine... I was in a little group buy for an m bumper back in October of last year. Even though he didn't meet the necessary amount of buyers for the group buy, Tony still sold it to us at the group buy price. He informed me via PM that the bumper would take three weeks. I agreed and sent my paypal on October 24th. Fast forward seven months to May '08, still no bumper, he reassured me that the bumper will be shipped in the middle of the month and even went out of his way to throw in a free m front. Unfortunately, when I saw the pictures, they were for non-PDC. In the initial buy, I PM'd and emailed my car's info (stating that it was for a PDC), but I guess this detail was accidentally overlooked. Fine, fast forward once again to the present... still waiting for my bumper, I've tried to call, but his phone is disconnected. I'm sure this will be resolved, but who knows how long. Can a brotha get a bumper?

OK,

Tony,
If you are still taking unpainted orders that ship out quickly, please send me a quote for the full Mtech w/PDC unpainted.

Thanks,
Brian
