You cannot keep pounding that drum after 3, 4 , & 6 month delays. If it was a week or two that would be OK, but these guys who have been waiting months is just ridiculous. You are still giving updates for 2 group buys ago. By my count you have anywhere from 12-15 guys who have paid and see no reasonable time for delivery and still starting new group buys.
People here(including myself) would like to do business with you because of the fact that you are such a good guy as everyone says, but your service skills are killing me. You continue to pass responsibilty to the painters, to the parts being backordered, etc...
Why can't you see that people want to work with you but you have a million excuses for why they are not getting the parts. You took in 2 weeks ago another $18,000 on a group buy when you are still finishing another up, then you opened that one backup for another 8 guys for part 2. I have this behavior in the contracting business, and I am afraid for what will happen.
It would be nice and go a long way with these guys if you would just own up to your responsiblity here.

and also I do not take any painted kits orders since last week either for group buy sir. And I will not take anymore till other kits are done.

its not easy to paint one spoiler and reserve the paint booth just for that since I have to catch up with old orders.
I already informed the person who will be getting it and he will receive it as soon as we paint a same color kit in the booth.

Hi Tony, I think this is the best thing I have heard from you in this thread. It is very constructive, solid, and positive. I think most of us are very forgiving here, and to hear a solid comment from you is what I want to hear instead of giving us excuses of poor business practices.
