i was one of the first to buy from him and everything went smooth. i bought my m5 front and rear bumper and side skirts. i guess he just got in over his head with too many customers and paying peter with paul

Paypal has a dispute period, which basically Tony/Zafar/Quad M? would take you right through with the intial waiting period. He told me that it would take a little longer than 4 weeks for mine as I have an E61. So I paypaled him with a direct transfer (not a CC), the weeks passed (AND MONTHS! 6 AS OF NOW)and I received nothing from TZQ, paypal will do nothing for you after the intial dispute period has ended if you didn't use a CC. So the only way I can see justiced served is to get a refund from TZQ or see him go to jail for fraud. (Or actually receive my parts)

I used to think that but now that I see all the info being brought up I am beginning to believe otherwise.

You guys should also talk to the guys on X5World.com as tony was a memebr there too,see if anyone there was scammed

At x5world.com you have to PAY to use the classifieds section. Maybe that could also be accounted for in the paper trail

i dont get it, everyone used to say nothing but good things about him, why all of a sudden is everyone getting screwed? did he just stop replying to everyone? thats strange why someone who was so respected here just did a complete 360.

Me too. So many people said so many good things about him and then this.

And yes, he just stopped replying to everyone. He cut off his phone and communication August 1 until now.

I guess he wants a civil suit cuz that's what he's gonna get if he doesn't show up.

And... we're not the only ones looking for him.
