I'm going to go ahead and see if we have enough users to file a civil suit against Quad_m aka Tony aka Victor AKA (I have his real name). We need 20 or it'll have to go through small claims on a person-by-person basis. I ONLY WANT your user name if you have paid Tony for product and NOT received it. If he took forever but you still got what you paid for, you are useless to me (and I spite you for getting what you paid for!)

Please post your user name on the list, and if it reaches 20 I can start gathering your payment date, payment amount, full legal name, and so forth. It only costs $38 to start a suit, and it could result in him actually serving jail time.
