.......And i'm also just as shocked on how many well known people on this board praised him and were even willingly to guarantee for him. .......
I know you probably didn't mean it to sound that way, but your statement makes it sound like you are doubting the good reviews and praises that he received from his previous customers and you may be thinking that the previous customers were giving "fake" reviews or were somehow "in on it".

Don't forget that in the past he actually WAS providing great service. When those well known people on this board were praising him it was because of good customer service and timely delivery. I myself praised him after ordering my wheels from him. He did say that the front wheels were back ordered from Germany (which I was able to confirm by asking my local BMW dealer)......and even with the backorder it still only took a couple of weeks to get all four wheels. Somehow things changed from then to now. I still believe that once he got more orders than he could handle he started making the wrong business decisions and handling things the wrong way.......I don't believe that he went into it from the beginning with a mindset to first provide good service to "hook" people, and then once he gained their trust to start stealing their money.

Tony, I hope you are working hard to either get everybody's order shipped or their money refunded.........in either case you need to communicate with them through PM's rather than cutting off all communication (that would calm things down a bit). By not communicating with your customers you're not giving them any other choice but to seek legal action. Even if you don't have the cash to refund their money you're still going to be better off getting a loan from somewhere/somebody and paying people back than to have to deal with lawsuits, etc.

Good Luck to all......

Exactly, Rody.

Any person with even a little common sense would take your advice since being sued by over 30 people in a class action suit is very serious stuff and can affect the rest of his life. I would be quaking in my boots if I were him...actually it wouldn't even be like this if I were him...

But to no avail, the window of opportunity for him to do the right thing has come and gone without even one word from this guy.

There is a lot of info that I cannot share on the forum because of the case but one thing for sure, he really is in big trouble by staying out of sight and not coming forward to try to solve this.

Is there a possiablity that he left the coutnry and just doesnt give a s**t what happenes with the civil court ? I'am sure he knew it was going to come down to this and pretty sure he was prepared for it. Like he said before, paypal, ebay and everything else was on someone else's name. Its not going to be easy to track him down. If he was smart enough to screw so many people over, hes not stupid enough to get cought that easy.
I hope that eveyone including me will get their refunds soon.

I can't discuss any details publicly ("Tony", you are reading this thread, aren't you?) but let's just say results are different with a combination of civil and criminal charges..... oh well, you get the picture...
