FYI--It turns out that even though I have a March 04 production I have the old version of the TCU and that is the reason why the caller cannot hear me even though I hear them. My dealer is replacing the TCU under warranty as I have another problem--the service notificatiion will not clear itself out even after the service has been performed and a reset has been attempted. Bottom line it looks like I will get a new TCU for the cost of the software upgrade ($189). The TCU is being installed next Wednesday so I will let everyone know how it goes. Thanks for all the input!!!

I'm glad it worked out for you. I ended up having to pay for my TCU replacement despite Bluetooth Fairy's help. It sure is a nsweet setup when it works.
What is your build Date. Mine is March 1st/04.

I am very pleased to report that my TCU was replaced today with the updated version and my Blackberry 7100t WORKS!!!
Although my address book does not download, I can use the phone as a speaker phone, which is the most I can expect with the Blackberry. Kudos to Sean at Beverly Hills BMW for getting the TCU replaced under warranty.
So surprised that a blackberry does not update with the Address book and you can not recieve or send calls. Seems very pointless to me. Why would you have all those features in a phone, if it can't send this data when connected via BT.
