According to the German Bluetooth compibilty list I found on these very forums there is apparantly a Sony Ericsson K750i snap-in adaptor avilable in Germany.
I have 2 questions..
1/ Would a snap-in adaptor bought from a German dealer fit into a UK spec car?
2/ If answer to 1 is yes.. Can anyone recommend where I could buy one to be shipped to the UK?
Many thanks,
Mark.

Following the discussion in the V3Razr snap-in thread in Germany, specifically This German Bluetooth list, I got busy with Google's Translate Feature related to the K750i/W800i adaptor, which I'm hoping will also work with a W810i.
There is a k750i/w800i Snap-in Adaptor listed, but the document refers you to a "Special References section on page 5"
Now I don't speak German, but having run this through Google Translation I get
Special references regarding access to telephone directory
Detailed description of the determined behavior
The first connecting of the K750i via Bluetooth can last up to one minute after conclusion of the coupling procedure.
Recommended measure
None, since caused by the Bluetooth implementation of the mobile telephone
So, there it is.. Germany has a snap-in adaptor for the k750i/w800i that appears to work fine, although can take up to 1 minute to sync phonebook after pairing due to limitations in the phone it'sself.
I make no claims for the accurracy of the translation or my interpretaion of it.
Now to find somewhere to buy one that will ship to the UK to try...

It's definitely a snap in adaptor, check the 2nd to last column in the table on page 6 of the list I posted. It's part number 84 21 9 116 566. I have a dealer in Germany ready to send me one when they come into stock. They were due to be release 1st March 2006, but to date none have turned up with the dealer.
