Does each name in the phone book have to have only 1 number? For example under the name Dave, you have his work, home and cell number. How do you specify with voice commands that you want Daves Cell?

when you save the name, simply say "dave's cell" and the cell number. then "dave's home" and the home number. so on and so forth. it works for me

If you have nav, you don't have to use the save name function. Your phone book is transferred automatically to the car and you use the voice command "dial name" to place a call.

If you have multiple numbers for one person in your phone book (home, mobile, etc.) it will create a separate entry for each person.
