I went in this week and had the dealer upgrade my software. Don't ask which verison i have now (suspect 20.something but only one guy at the dealership knows what i'm talking about when i ask about cip). Anyway, my old nokia 6820 never worked in the past- it would never hold the BT connection and disconnected itself. Now it works. Of course, it doesn't show signal strength or transfer the phone book but as a backup solution it's just fine. For those of you with phones that seem to have problems holding a bluetooth connection a software upgrade might do the trick.
