Hi team,
Thinking of making the plunge on a Gateway 500 with video playout option for my 05 E61. Can anyone point me to a reliable UK based dealer/reseller, or since I'll be in the US in early June is it worth waiting to take advantage of the GBP/USD exchange rate?

If the Dension is much cheaper due to the dollars weakness then maybe wait (that's if the US version works over here) But remember, if it goes wrong then it'll be harder to return to a UK supplier. So maybe spending the extra pennies for piece of mind is worth it.

Keep your eyes open on eBay too I've seen some appear there and for very good prices. Also in terms of the IVE, based on my own experience it would be better to check the hardward version before you buy. The older V1 hardware had the IVE inbuilt and thats the reason why most of the photos still show an Arrow on the back to where the RCA socket used to be. You will not get that on the new hardware and will need to buy a separate IVE for it. If you are considering the IVE then I am told that the AVR (next version) will be worth waiting for.
Note : Regardless of what you use, you will still need a NAV-TV or ACM to plug this into your screen.
