Sony Ericsson K700i bluetooth problem!

My Ride: 530d, 2004, full option.
I own a BMW 530d and I bought a SE K700i phone .
I tried to make the pairing with my car and worked with no problems, but (there is always but....) the phone keeps on disconecting and conecting even when I talk!
Do you know what is all about ?
Please help!

Hey,
Is your K700i Bluetooth set to on or automatic? My K700i has no problem pairing except for that SMS does not show up.
