If I am not mistaken you have to switch the microfones on the TCU's, unfortunately the voice activation will not work then, but you can make phonecalls.
It's also possible that the second microfone is not connected. Check both TCU's to see if they both have a microfone attached.

As far as i'm aware there is 1 TCU. I'll look into it.

I am not sure of the serial # on my TCU I will have to take the screws holding the tcu in because the label must be on the back. The dealer says I have the bluetooth option and I can pair a phone, make a call, and hear the other person, I just can't talk to them.

Does anyone know if the assist feature is in the tcu with the bluetooth??? The mic for assist works. Where does the mic plug into the TCU?? Is it possible the mic isn't pluged in???

Same situation, just got couple features turned on as well as the Bluetooth feature. I m having the same problem as the OP. I can make calls, recieve calls, paired fine but no one can hear me. Its as if the mic isn't there.
