Please help! How can I get my car phone work?

My Ride: 545i Black, 19" AC Type IV, P-Dragon F235/35 R265/30, M5 Front/Rear bumper, M5 side skirt,M5 front side fender, Eisenmann Muffler 4*76mm Racing mode, AC foot paddle
I have a E60 made in 12/03. It is imported from Canada. I don't have blue tooth or even a car phone in the cradle. If I press SOS bottom, it will dial but of course failed. How can I get my car phone work? What accessory should I buy? Where can I buy it? I try BMW dealer in Shanghai for a couple times but cannot get an answer. They say there is difference between european model and america model. They are not familiar with america model. I am so helpless here. Is there anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.
