Pairing Problem After Software Updrade

V710 / 06 525. The dealer upgraded my software today to the latest version. It dumped my bluetooth connection. I went to pair it, the phone found the car but kept telling me the Pin was invalid. Its Verizon, default Pin is 0000, I never changed it. Why is it saying the Pin is invalid and how do I fix it?

The car asks for a Pin when it finds the phone, is the car Pin the same as the phone? The owners manual refers me to a special Bluetooth Manual which I do not have, anyone know where I can view one online?

The PIN has to match between phone & car, but can be just whatever you decide to choose when you actually pair with the E60. So your phone doesn't have to be 0000.

Thanks! Got it to work, forgot about the Pin w/i 30 sec. Needed the manual anyway.
