I have read many posts here describing the Nokia 6280 not working. Apparently it disconnected after connection and had to be connected again manually.
I received my new e61 yesterday and the 6280 worked right away. I have not had any problems with address list or calling. It connects within seconds of me entering the car.
Maybe it has to do with the software version in the car? I'm not sure what the BMW software version is but FWIW my 6280 software version is: V03.81.
