AT&T is the best GSM carrier at the moment for U.S. and global cellular services. I tried Verizon in the Bay Area and the signal sucks the big one 
The iPhone is one of the better mobile device that has came out in a while, the second gen iPhone will have corporate eMail integration which will drives Apples devices even further into the corporate world.

Again -- and I realize that this is subjective -- I feel the BB does a better job at being a more useful tool for communicating in a corporate environment while the iPhone is better at doing things like playing music, browsing the web, etc.
