My 550i and Bluetooth?

Hi Guys
I own a 2006 550i msport (and love it!) import from Japan. It has phone cradle and mic in the centre space where my sunroof controls are, but alas, no bluetooth!
So, here are 3 photos. 1) from my idrive. 2) My TCU. 3) Upclose label on my TCU.
Advice and ideas of what I need to do to make my bluetooth go would be great.
