This is going to be a tough one for them to diagnose since it is random and the connection comes back when the car is re-started. I would think I pretty much would have to bring it to my dealership when it happens (without turning off the car) for them to troubleshoot it.

You are going to need a MOXA Box programming repair, they have to change the value on the TCU from "0" to "1" we have at least 5 cars everyday here at the dealership i work at with the same complaints. They will also upgrade you with software version 24.2. And there is a bulletin for for bluetooth issues with the V3m

Thanks for the information. I will let them know about this when I bring the car in for service. I was going to wait until v. 25.xx was out.
