V3M - Verizon is the carrier
It appears that "something" seems to freeze the BT function in the car. In every instance, the phone thinks it is linked to the car and the car shows the link but the connection doesn't work. It is totally random, but once it happens, the only way (that I've found) to get the link back is to shut off the car for a period of time, re-start the car and then re-link. Once it happens, deleting the phone and re-linking doesn't work without turning off the car and re-starting.

This is going to be a tough one for them to diagnose since it is random and the connection comes back when the car is re-started. I would think I pretty much would have to bring it to my dealership when it happens (without turning off the car) for them to troubleshoot it.

You are going to need a MOXA Box programming repair, they have to change the value on the TCU from "0" to "1" we have at least 5 cars everyday here at the dealership i work at with the same complaints. They will also upgrade you with software version 24.2. And there is a bulletin for for bluetooth issues with the V3m

Thanks for the information. I will let them know about this when I bring the car in for service. I was going to wait until v. 25.xx was out.
