i phone working with corporate email

My Ride: 2009 550i sports, Nav, logic Best E60 yet
2004 545i, sports pkg, logic 7 steptronic, rear shade,orient blue with beige interior, blue tooth enabled Razer Phone. 2004 X5 3.0, sports pkg, stepronic, summer pkg. imola red.
2006 Mini Cooper S, manual, sports, prem pkg, nav and kitchen sink.
Our IT person cannot get my email sorted out, I either get no mail going to my i-phone and just to my desktop or no mail to my desktop and just to the i-phone. We have Microsoft exchange server, I know there are back door solutions and some very good fixes on the way. Any imput would be helpful

For a multiple mail client mode (i.e. on mobile & desktop) we are using mail server that support IMAP protocol.

I hope you're at least enabling SSL on the connection between the IMAP client on the iPhone and the Exchange server.
