I really like the S700i. As a mac and E60 user this is the best fit for me. It syncs nicely with the mac (after a patch) and works well with the E60 apart from this SMS issue I got yesterday. My only gripe is that the address book can only store 510 entries (total numbers!! not names hence a name with 3 numbers counts as 3 entries.
Appologies my signature does not show location. I am in Cairo,Egypt and bought the phone froma local store. Our operators here do not really promote handsets of their own. We just buy the phone and insert the SIM card and away we go!!.

just sent my nokia 6230 back for a software upgrade im told that some owners have managed to get there phone book to tranfer so if your phone what ever the make doesn't transfer data try taking your phone to you dealer and upgrade the software. worth a try

Can you please tell me the version of your firmware on your S700i.
I take it for an update and I need to know your version in order to ask them to install me exactly that version.

My Ride: Titanium Silver 2004 525i, style 116 alloys,
My 6/2004 525i doesn't have the communications settings option in the Vehicle settings menu of I-Drive, does this mean the car does not have Bluetooth? or does the dealer have to activate it?
I'd like to use my SonyEricsson T610 with the car.
