We've all heard/read horror stories about people who have found themselves in this situation ... the suggestions in this story apply to all mobile phones and maybe even other small electronics! Some of the steps are well known - there are a couple of nuances that might save the day for you or someone you know.

Most interesting thing about the story:
"Note: Sometimes your device will only partially work after 24 hours ?in the bag.? Don?t panic. Another time I did this my iPhone worked fine except for the microphone, but that too came back to life about 24 hours later."
How many times did this dipshit drop his phone in the toilet? I have had cell phones for over 20 years now and I have done this a grand total of once. This guys seems to make a habit of it. Maybe he doesn't need Damprid, he needs Stickum - the stuff NFL receivers use to help them grip the ball.
