Anybody know of an Indy shop in the Atlanta area that do coding. I need the Bluetooth enabled because Nalley BMW gave me some BS about it can't be done without even looking at the TCU.

What is the build date of your TCU? It must be => March 2004, otherwise coding is futile. Builds before then were hardware disabled, at least in the US. If your car was an 04 build prior to the release date of the BT-compatible TCU units, your dealer may be correct. You would need a new TCU.
