Charging problem with cradle

How do I check the orginal parts? Exchange them?
I assume the adapter 84 21 0 307 726 is the correct one for my V551. Can anybody confirm this? The dealer had no clue whatsoever...

In any published matrix (X5board for instance) that list phone models and cradles
In accessories catalog for E90
PN on sticker on bottom of my cradle and on the box
On WO received with my cradle
In the BMW online Parts Catalog.
Reported in several threads in forum - never any other cradle part number associated with v551 phone.

On the other hand there have been conflicting reports on the part number of the eject box used to interface with the cradle.

For instance ch7656 said he had to change from the one you have to 84-21-6-941-464 Eject Box ($104.80) to get his to work.

Again, I have the xx-946-075 eject box which is working correctly with the same adapter you have. Both the PN on the WO and on the unit itself agree. And it is not the number for the CPT9000 version either so this is truly strange.

One difference I can see so far - I am a '05 model and ch7656 and u are '04 models (ch7656 did not include build month). Could be the wiring differences I have seen aluded to in some threads. Don't let my 6er throw u. The working hardware is the same. Only trim pieces are different.

Only place I know to check is dealer - right now I would suspect the eject box first.
