Motorola integrated BT into the E60 and their phone should therefore work the best with it

I have tried driving for 3,5 hours without fully syncronization of the phonebook. The phone is a Siemens S65 with firmware A202 version 43 and I have approx 400 contacts.

Any ideas of how to solve this?
