Hi, my car have bluetooth problem, when i enable bluetooth in my idrive, then my idrive will get HANG (STUCK), then i need to turn off the car and turn back ON to get it work. but after i turn back ON my bluetooth is still disable. everytime i try to turn ON then will get HANG.

any solution?

Need more information: Type of Phone, Is phone firmware up to date, is this a newly paired Phone? Number of contacts in phone address book (takes time to load them up the first time).
