My Ride: 525d se auto. black sapphire, 17" 5 spoke 138 style alloys. dark poplar trim, charcoal flat weave cloth, bluetooth phone prep, dimming rear view and side mirrors, lumbar support, heated front deats, phone cradle

hey got my 525d the other day, im very pleased with it! it does everything i want and more. However i have a problem, i have a nokia 6230 phone and idrive will not show the phones adress book. Reading the manual apparently this is meant to be automatically shown when your phone is connected to the idrive. But it isn't happening!!! any one else have similar problems or a possible solution then please could they tell me how to solve this problem? cheers dave

As I recall the 6230 needs the latest firmware upgrade to get the phonebook to sync...take it to your local carrier store and have them upgrade it and you should be fine.
