What is exactly required in order to pair a bluetooth phone with the E60..... Is it called bluetooth adapter?
How much comlplicated the retrofit is??? Are the repro and mic already previred or it will reqiure major disassembly of the dash and surrunding??? Where will the adapter be? In the centre armrest??? I quit enjoy the storage space there insted.....
Basicaly can somebody describe the whole process what needs to be done and what parts????
If a easy think I go for it.... but if the car will need to sit at the dealer for a day and half of the dash needs to go out than forget it......
will I need some communication units as well??? my car has only Navi, otherwise no BMW online, no assists, nothing....

You will need a bluetooth (ULF) module in the boot, and a mic in the roof, and a lots of wires.
We bought our E60 with the option #640 Phone pref. so the mic and all the wirings was installed in the car from factory. So the dealer only need to install the ULF Bluetooth module in the boot, and add the snap-in adapter, and then code the car, and voila!
It is possible to install the bluetooth afterwards, but it's a hell of a job. There are no wires, no mic, and so on...
Everything is possible

In those pictures, I have those 2 black pieces that are being circled. When i stopped at BMW dealership 2 weeks ago, they look up my VIN #. According to their report, I do not have the option code #640. So what's the deal? Is that mean I have to spend few thousands to put in bluetooth module and everything? But I have that 2 black pieces circled as seen in that picture!

Those black pieces don't mean there's a microphone behind them. I think one of those mics is used for voice control and the other mic may or may not be installed.
Even if both mics are installed, there are other things needed for a phone to pair via bluetooth.
As Ray Hull mentioned, spend some time over in the Bluetooth forum and you'll more than likely find tons of information on the subject...
