Well I could use a Nokia 6310, except for a couple of small problems .....
1. As I now famously said to my brother about his 6310 ... "That's amazing, it looks just like a mobile phone, ..... only larger" - He didn't find it funny! Having lived with nice small Nokias for years I am desparate to continue with a Nokia, BUT .... I really can't face having one as large as that unless I really have to.
2. Vodafone, with whom I have a contract, ceased to offer the 6310 many, many months ago. Long since superseded by newer phones.
Only possible options with Vodafone that are compatible are .... SE T610 (available, but only just - rather old too), and the T630 (now only available to business customers), or would be available if they hadn't had to withdraw most recent ones due to a software problem. May become available again one day.
So ... you see the problem![Frown](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/sad.gif)

Why don't you use the Siemens S55. It's a nice phone and works perfect with the car. The phone is rather small so I always keep it in my pocket when I sit in the car and it works great!

Buy a free operator mobile phone! What's the problem with that?
Last year i bought the Nokia 6100 by making a contract to Vodafone, i got the phone free from that operator and now i have it in other operator.
I'm waiting for something new and 100% bluetooth compatible with BMW, Vodafone or not i will get it and use it as i want.
By the way i tested the SE T630 from another company around here (OPTIMUS) and it works ok but is not much different from the SE T610 so i think i have to wait, maybe the SE Z1010. It's cool....

Don't really understand your suggestion. You mean go and BUY a phone?? As per my other post I really can't see the point of spending ?200 to buy something I should get for free.
BTW S55 not available from Vodafone.

I have a SE P900 as my walking phone and an SE T610 with a twin SIM card always in the car cradle so I actually get the full functioning bluetooth in the car without ever seeing/considering the features or looks of the 610 (that was almost free).
The P900 PDA I then sync with the 610 when needed and thus the lacking of P900 integration is not a problem (I guess I could also pair the P900 to the car for some functionality but haven?t tried that yet).
It also has the benefit of getting an easy handheld for those occasions
