just phoned my dealer and at first he said that the part costs ?467 inc VAT and including fitting it would cost around ?1100. I gave him this part number, 84640304834.
Then i asked him to make sure that it is for the e60 and its fully integrateble. I also gave him my car registration to just to make sure. He put me on hold and he came back saying that the part number i gave him is for cars up to july 2004.
the part i needed was not avilable yet but it would be around the same price at ?467. But the fitting only took 3hrs which was 267+VAT and its fully integratebale. WOW, i couldnt believe that price since someone got quoted over ?2000 on this board. So thats a total price of ?780. I am definetly going to order it when it is available.

what is the difference between E60's before july 2004 and E60's after july 2004? The kit costs about the same as it would cost from the factory.
It is available yet, so i have to keep asking my dealer.

That sound very interesting browellm. Do You have more information of part no. or anything else I can take to my Swedish dealer in order to get the retrofit ??
