Just wondering. If you spray a clear coat over it, wouldn't it become glossy. I know when you spray flat black and you add clear coat over it, it would have a glossy appearance.

 

I don't know how the vinyl will react and last over time with a clear coat on it. I've never tested it before.

pls get a close up of the shark fin and in several angles. proper removal and wrapping of the fin is concerning.

 

I require the owner of the car to remove the shark fin prior to coming to me to have it wrapped. This is due to liability reasons, and because each shark fin is mounted differently (BMW, Audi, etc). Depending on the shark fin, I either do it in two pieces or one single piece. This is dependent on the contours of the antenna. It's almost a moot point, because either way I do it, due to it's location it's not very noticeable.
