IMO:

I'm from Newport, RI (living in Dallas at the moment though) and absolutely wouldn't give them a single dollar's worth of my business . I've had nothing but problems with this dealer. I'm somewhat surprised to hear such goods things. Maybe they're trying to revamp they're customer relations by offering such great deals? Who knows but I'll give them another try!
Their sales/service people may stink but Garry in parts is awesome!

Indeed. Got my new 166s from Garry. The rims were shipped by UPS with lots of protection and delivered without a hitch at the price he promised.

BMW of Newport extends to all users of E60.NET a 25% discount on most parts and accessories plus shipping for your 5 series. We will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. by UPS. We can not extend this offer to wheel and tire packages, pink ribbon collection or reman. parts. Rims alone will still carry the 25% discount.

Please send your request to gromani@bmwofnewport.com and I will reply back with billing and price information. Please mention E60.NET and no technical questions. You may also contact me at 401-847-9600 ext. 2448.

I just ordered 135 wheels for my 530XI Friday at 4:45pm and they came in today...Great service. Gary was the only person related to BMW that knew what worked for the XI series and I would highly reccomend him. The discount is great and makes buying original in stead of aftermarket wheels a no brainer!

I have to add that every car dealership has good individuals and bad ones. Just because the rest of the dealership may provide horrible service, Gary has obviously made a very positive impact on a lot of members here, and he has to be applauded for making our lives a little better.

It may be possible that even Gary regrets having to work for some of the people that he works for. That being said, I have asked him to give me a price on new tire pressure sensors, and I hope I can purchase them from him (based on the positive things that have been said about him).

Best to all.

I want to add that I have processed 4 orders with Garry already and the parts come to the Chicago area within 3 days each time. I have been very happy with the service he provides.

Just ordered 4 TPM sensors from Garry. I had sent him an email requesting that he call me the next day to take my order. He called the next morning and he took my order. He promised delivery on a Friday. The parts arrived on that Friday.

Thank you Garry for providing a great service (with discounting) to the members of this site!

I have a question in regards to headliner assembly and materials for 2006 M5. I believe that the headliner is made of Alcantara Anthracite. The question is that does the sliding tray which is covering the sunroof is of the same Alcantara Anthracite material or simply regular Anthracite?

I would really appreciate an Urgent reply or a phone call at 410.336.8300 as I am trying to figure out something for my project car.

Thanks
