Looks like a bunch of idiots made the video. that aside....i would think that if anything the c63 would have the m6 off the line and then i have no doubt in my mind the m6 would overtake it after about 60. but surprisingly it looks like the M actually got the better jump and then let off once they started to approach traffic. It's definitely possible that a c63 could take an M6 down low but once the beast gets going its scary, thing just doesn't run out of rpm's.
