Is this with the carbon fiber bottom piece or just painted black? For the base mirrors with primer, are the bottoms painted black? Thanks

 

Hi! the one that you saw is the black color version ( bottom painted in black color ). The side mirror will be supplied in primer with bottom in black color. You also have the option of getting the side mirror painted in BMW color by us.

Can you clarify manual fold? Or I don't know if I am missing something here...

When you mean manual fold? Do you mean, you have to fold these mirrors manually with your hands, or you mean you have to press a button to fold the mirrors and they won't fold automatically when car is turned off/on? Could you please clarify that?

I have driven a loaner 1 series where you had a button on the side and they would fold if you press the button. One of my buddies has a benz and I belive he says his mirros fold and unfold when starting/turning off the car.

The manual fold means you will need to fold it by hand.

How close is this Silver Carbon Fiber to the OEM wheel color.

Does it look exactly the same shade ?
