How would you comment the below? What I can see they both almost equal but LUX is a bit brighter.

Also could you please advise. On my X1 there are two modes of EA - ordinary and DRL. How LEDs will lit in these two modes? Will they dim on ordinary mode (with less voltage as I understand)? Is that reduced voltage enough to the LEDs to continue lit?
Can voltage for DRL harm LEDs? Or it is OK for them?
